Data Deletion
You can request deletion of personal data, account metadata, or authorized connection records associated with Vertum services.
How to request deletion
Email von@vertum.ai with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include the service or account connection you want removed and enough information for Vertum to identify the relevant records.
Revoking platform access
Where available, you can also revoke Vertum access directly from the connected platform's account settings, app settings, or security settings. Revoking platform access may stop future access immediately, but you can still email Vertum to request deletion of stored connection records.
What Vertum deletes
Vertum will delete or disable the relevant stored connection records, credential metadata, and tokens where applicable, unless retention is required for security, legal, or legitimate business recordkeeping reasons.
