What happens in the Workflow Diagnostic?
We work through the workflow with you, identify the highest-cost handoff, and leave you with the plan: what to build, where it connects, what humans review, and what should change first.
Do we need to replace our current tools?
Usually no. We start inside the tools your team already uses, because adoption is easier when the work appears where the team already looks.
What do we own after the Sprint?
You own the workflow plan, the operating routine, the handoff notes, and the team training path. If code or configured tools are part of the build, we document how they work and where the controls live.
What if the Diagnostic says we should not build?
Then you keep the plan and stop there. The point is clarity first. We only recommend the Sprint when the workflow is specific enough to be worth deploying.
Who is this for?
Owner-led and operator-led businesses where knowledge work, follow-up, intake, scheduling, documents, or handoffs are costing hours and dollars every week.
