When a user or client authorizes an OAuth connection, Vertum may receive account metadata, connection status, service identifiers, and access tokens needed to connect the authorized service. Vertum stores credential metadata and tokens only where needed to operate the authorized connection, and credential secrets are stored encrypted in the application database.

How we use information

We use information to operate Vertum services, maintain authorized client workflows, troubleshoot integrations, respond to requests, and improve our website and applications.

OAuth connections are used only to connect client-authorized services and to support connection and target discovery workflows requested by the client or user.

Sharing and sale of data

Vertum does not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers only as needed to host, secure, operate, or support Vertum services, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Vertum keeps information only as long as needed for the business or application purpose it supports. Users may request deletion or revocation using the instructions on the Data Deletion page.
